Panchtatva Shudh Ahaar was formed from very humble beginnings in 1999 as a Krishna Foods. It was formed by a husband and wife team, Jitender and Kirti Mehendiratta, whose idea was simple. They focused on their food to have a homemade quality to it, which has served them well over the years.Panchtatva Shudh Ahaar started out from a kitchen in in Karol Bagh, New Delhi but as their popularity spread, as did the need for bigger sitting and kitchen space. In 2002, they constructed the space in Karol bagh market and changed the name from Krishna Fast Food to Royal Annapurna, and also started dealing in some small caterings. The response from the customers has been overwhelming, In 2008 it was further expanded when they took the next door unit and became “Shudh Annapurna Restaurant. Since then it has grown into a famous restaurant in that particular area as it has been serving a best quality and taste in an economical rates to their customers.
In 2012, It has started a catering services under name of Panchatatva Shudh Ahaar which cater beyond the finest food quality and services for Contract Catering, Corporate Lunch, Meetings, Outdoor Catering,Family functions etc. Currently, Panchtatva Shudh Ahaar still maintains their ethos: to produce quality homemade food. A range of authentic traditional Indian foods are available from Panchtatva Shudh Ahaar and they continue to come up with new andinnovative products for their customers. With these new ideas Panchtatva Shudh Ahaar will look to further expansion of their business into a broad market and continue to grow.
