We are pleased to introduce ourselves as leading Architects, Chartered Engineers and Govt.Valuers duly approved by Govt. of India C.B.D.T., various Banks and Financial Institutes.

We have been carrying out valuation jobs for our various clients which includes Government, Semi Government, Ltd & Pvt. Companies as well as individual for the last about 35 years for various purpose.

Our Chief executive - is an approved Valuer under Category I by the Ministry of Finance under registration No.181 of 1990.
Paramjeet Associates was started in 1980, offering services in architecture and valuation. Today the company, based in New Delhi offers the entire range of valuation, appraisal and chartered engineering services, besides architectural design consultancy.

We have more than three decades experience in evaluation of fixed and immovable assets including land, building, plant and machinery for corporate customers. Our clients include reputed corporations across the country as well as government and semi-government organizations.

We also undertake chartered engineering services for our esteemed customers.

Our chief executive is a Grade I valuer approved by the Ministry of Finance, Government of India and has undertaken evaluations of property worth crores of rupees.

We also offer architectural design consultancy from the drafting to designing stage. We have an experienced team of professionals to guide clients through the execution and completion of projects to their satisfaction and as per their requirements.

Our Founders

Mr. Paramjeet Singh, our founder, has made Paramjeet Associates a respected name in the industry with his vision and experience.
He completed his graduation from Punjab University in 1972 with specialization in Architecture and Quantity Survey Valuation. He is a member of the Council of Architecture since 1975 and a felloe of the Institution of Engineers, India since 1990.He worked with S. Chanan Singh on several architectural and quantity survey valuations before starting Paramjeet Associates in 1980.

In a short span of six years, he built up a reputation as an architect and valuer for several corporations as well as government organizations. Esteemed customers include Ceat group, Park hotels, Gurgaon, NAFED, IFFCO and UGC. He has experience as an authorized assessor for the Income Tax authorities and the Municipal Corporation of Delhi. He was appointed government valuer in category I by the Ministry of Finance, Government of India. He has undertaken evaluations for several banks like Standard Chartered, Oriental Bank of Commerce and financial institutions like ICICI and HUDCO besides, evaluation for individuals worth crores of rupees.

PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN
Valuation
We have undertaken valuation of several properties over the past two decades for various government departments like Ministry of Labour and Ministry of Finance. Clients include public sector undertakings like Khadi Gram Udyog, NAFED and IFFCO, and the Municipal Corporation of Delhi.

Corporate clients include Ceat group, Ansal Properties and Vatika Resorts among others. We also value assets for financial institutions like ICICI, HUDCO and banks like Oriental Bank of Commerce and Standard Chartered Bank.

Our company is also an authorized assessor for Delhi High Court and its lower courts and for Income tax authorities.

Architecture
Our architecture projects include hotels and shopping complexes. We undertake assignments right from the design to completion stage. We also execute design projects for individuals. Some of our projects are as under:
