Ashok K. Srivastava is the founder of the firm. Born in 1948, Indian national, completed his M.A. (Sociology) and LL.B in the year 1969. Since 1969, he has been actively enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. He commenced his practice in the District Courts of Delhi as well as the High Court of Delhi and gained vast experience advising on banking and commercial matters during the period.
In 1973, he passed the Advocate-on-Record Examination held by the Supreme Court of India and since date has also been practicing before the apex court.
Since 1984, he is on the panel of the Union of India’s Counsels for conducting the Central Government matters in the Supreme Court of India. In addition, from 1986 to 1992 and 1993 to 2003 he represented the State of Uttar Pradesh as its Standing Counsel before the Supreme Court of India and was also appointed as a Special Counsel for the State of Uttar Pradesh before Liberhan Ayodhya Commission of Inquiry.
He has acquired extensive experience in conducting the matters relating to Excise, Sales, Tax, Land Acquisition, Land Revenue, Land Ceiling as well as matters including, Property Disputes, Labour and Industrial Disputes.
