Pasari Group started as a trading company in 1976. Today, it is one of India's leading silk exporters.

With factories in Bangalore, Varanasi, Bhagalpur, Amritsar, Kolkata and Surat, the Company employs directly and indirectly over 1000 people. It has a very healthy rapport with its craftspeople and it is proud to be part of this Indian art form. It does not engage child labor in production. Soon the Company will set up a fully automated textile plant in Kolkata with machines imported from Switzerland and Germany.

The Company's current turnover is US$ 4 million and it expects to reach US $ 30 million in the next decade.
