The following total Detail engineering services as listed below are carried out by us: Collecting data from site for location of existing equipments, piping by taking measurements wherever necessary.

• Guiding surveyors for taking measurements of the existing piping and equipments and their locations and checking feasibility for the proposed location of piping and equipments.


• Pipe routing finalisation & preparation of piping layout based on the P&I diagrams, existing layouts and L&T’s guidance.


• Preparation of piping plan with pipe support location at all floor levels and relevant
• section and details wherever necessary.


• Preparation of Isometrics for Steam lines as per IBR requirements.


• Preparation of piping and supports BOQ for pipes and launders.


• Preparation of Launder routing and details and Launder supports.


• Pipe supports and detail support drawings.


• Pipe support standard drawings.


• Calculation of pipe weight with fluid for checking / modification of existing pipe rack structure.


• Finalisation of launder sizes and cross-section based on our guidelines.


• Checking all the drawings and correcting as per good engineering practice & standards.


• Rechecking the corrected print & recording it.


• Checking all the BOQs for pipes, Launders, Fittings, Valves & Supports and correcting it. Updating pipeline list and launder list.
