2002Commissioning of second cement plant at Ganeshpahad

2003Penna Cements crosses 1.3 MT in cement dispatches
For the first time we cross the barrier of 1 Million Tonnes in yearly dispatches in the year FY 2002 -2003
2004Talaricheruvu plant capacity expansion to 1.8 MTPA

2004Joint Venture with Pioneer cements LLC
We set up our first joint venture with Pioneer Cements LLC, a 50: 50 joint venture in UAE for a 1.5 MTPA cement plant in alliance with RAK Investment Authority of the Government of UAE
2005Established a joint venture with Parasakti Cements Ltd
Our first Joint venture in India, Establishes Parasakti Cements Ltd a 50:50 joint venture with a production capacity of 0.5 MTPA in Guntur, Central Eastern Andhra Pradesh
2008Commencement of construction of Tandur Plant
We Commence construction of our fourth cement plant with a capacity of 2.0 MTPA at Tandur in Rangareddy District
2008Commencement of construction of Power Plant at Ganeshpahad
We commence construction of our first captive power plant with 77 MW coal based power plant at Ganeshpahad
2008Commissioning of Boyareddypalli Plant with a capacity of 2.0 MTPA
We commission our third cement plant with a capacity of 2.0 MTPA capacity at Boyareddypalli, in South western Andhra Pradesh with rail head facility
2009Expansion of capacity at Parasakti plant to 1.2 MTPA
We undergo further expansion and commissioning of capacity at Parasakti plant from 0.50 MTPA to 1.20 MTPA
2011Sold stake in Pioneer Cement Industries LLC
