Synroof Hi Build Waterproofing Coating: Polymer emulsion, 100% Acrylic coating, is an elastomeric, single pack roofing compound. Based on special Acrylic Polymers, it is ideal for dry substrate where it forms a seamless, joint free, water and weather tight elastic membrane.

Synroof is suitable for applications to most types of roofs  flat or pitched e.g Concrete, GI Sheets, Metal, Asbestos, wood etc.  

As it forms a white Colour membrane, there is a direct temperature reduction of upto 4C.

Bitmat Synroof HI-Build, an elastomeric, premium quality acrylic coating, may be applied by brush, roller, squeegee or spray equipment depending on site conditions. To spray, select a nozzle size of at least 0.028 in.; first checking the spray equipment to ensure suitability.

All surfaces to be coated must be clean, dry, free from dust, dirt, oil and other contaminants.

Coverage varies depending on factors such as type and quality of substrates i.e. surface regularity and application method.

Apply in separate coats, each at a right angle to the one before. Using a different colour for each coat helps ensure consistency of cover.

The final coating thickness to be achieved depends on the requirements of the individual roof. A final dry film thickness between 0.5 and 1.5 mm may be built-up.

Rubberized Elastomeric Flexible Waterproof Coating (complies with ASTM D2823, D412, D471, E96/BW, C836), is a single component cold applied Rubberized Elastomeric Flexible waterproofing exterior coating, which is designed by blending of special resins and rubber, reinforced with special water repellent silicon fillers and gelling agents as membrane coating to improve elongation properties to bridge the existing and future cracks over a wide temperature range. It is a self-cured component application which forms an impervious, tough, hard and abrasion resistant coating. It has exceptional strength and inflammability that prevent peeling, fungus and algae growth. It acts as both waterproof and weather durable coating.  It remains unaffected by salt water, soap water, mild acids and Alkalies. It is ideal for dry substrate where it forms a seamless, joint free, water and weather tight elastic membrane. Rainseal is suitable for applications to most types of roofs - flat or pitched e.g Concrete, GI Sheets, Metal, Asbestos, wood etc.
