Coating Pan is made after a careful study of needs of expert coaters such as Rotation Speed, Angle of Pan. volume and temperature. It is elliptical in shape, mounted at 30 angle. We also make available Coating Pan in other geometrical shape and mounting angles, as per the requirement. RPM of the pan is variable. Hot air blower thermostat of the pan delivers required quantity of air at selected temperature between 40 C to 80 C. Machine is designed with fabricated structure fitted with SS enclosure which makes simple, cleanable outside covering and mounted on anti-vibration pad. Closed powerful pan drive with reduction gearbox and motor by AC VFD.
