Management of detailed design documentation including hiring of outside consultants and coordinating all project related authority approvals.

Construction management services, for civil, electrical, mechanical and HVAC in projects including but not limited to vetting cost estimates and tender documents, sub-contractor selection, material procurement, quality control and management, value engineering design optimization and site management. Introducing latest construction techniques for improving timelines, cost effectiveness and performance measurement. Day to day monitoring and speeding up construction activities.

Short listing vendors for floating tenders and negotiating & finalization of all contracts.

Contract management including short listed of contractors inviting tenders, comparative analysis of received bids, finalizing contract documents and contract administration through the life cycle of the project.

Preparing Budget and fund flows and monitoring the progress of the projects financials during the execution of the projects.

The general scope of services provided in such an eventuality under Special Asset Management is as follows:

  • Evaluating and making a recommendation and corrective action on all technical aspects of a project, including all contracts and construction progress on site, and conducting a materials inventory.
  • Assistance with financing and capital re-structuring for the project.
  • Providing all the above mentioned services under our DMC scope which include but are not limited to: Execution and Supervision of all construction work as per specifications and contract documents, tender drawings and working drawings. Sales/leasing and marketing of the specific project.
