NISTRIP Nickel Stripper is a Two part system which rapidly strips Nickel, Nickel Iron Alloy, Nickel Cobalt alloys , Electroless Nickel and Cadmium from Steel, Copper , Brass, Lead, Tin, Silver, Aluminium, Magnesium and Zinc Die Casting Metal. NISTRIP is a simple immersion process which uniformily strips Nickel without attacking the basis metal. NISTRIP does not contain Cyanides and Caustic, therefore the bath has an excellent long term stability even at elevated temperatures.

Is a compounded dry acid salt specially formulated for the automotive industry. It gives superior adhesion of the plating with the substrate thereby eliminating peeling off rejections. This gives much better activation than other hazardous mineral acid based processes.

Application Chrolex Chrome Salt is a ready to use chrome salt which is premixed with special catalysts to gives excellent pleasing bluish colour and has a higher chrome efficiency in chrome plating baths. This process has a high covering and throwing power which gives unmatched corrossion resistance. It meets the latest requirements of decorative chrome and is easy to maintain. Operating Conditions Chrolex Chrome Salt 250 - 300 gm/lt. Chrolex Additive 004 (Optional) 0.4 - 0.5 ml/lt. Temperature 45 - 50oC

Application Flexi Chrome SRHS Salt is a self regulating high speed chrome bath for both decorative and hard chrome platings It contains a special catalyst which gives a very high cathode efficiency which reduces the plating time by approx.50%. This bath is very easy to mantain due to self regulation of the catalyst. This bath has an improved corrossion resistance. Increases the bluish appearance and deposit hardness. Operating Conditions Flexi Chrome Salt 250 - 300 gm/lt. Chrolex Additive 004 (Optional) 0.4 - 0.5 ml/lt. Temperature 45 - 50oC

Application ZINCOSHEEN 772 is a two part highly versatile Acid Zinc Brightner and Maintenance, manufactured for the first time in India with the most modern techniques and formulations, which outdates all the existing Acid Chloride Zinc Brightners in the market. It does not oil- out as other brightner systems, and works at wider temperature range from below 16o C to 90o C, and the bath never gets imbalanced because of Brightner and never requires an extra addition of Maintenance Brightner at any point. ZINCOSHEEN 772 provides excellent and quick Brightness as compared to others and is totally trouble free while plating the parts. It provides scratch free, high degree of extra Levelling, Ductility, imparting high lustrous finish and will plate directly on carbonitrided and malleable Iron. Has an exceptional, high speed deposition rate, covering LCD areas uniformily. The grains deposited are so fine that it gives a lustrous glaze at all times. Deposits are very active and very suitable for subsequent post treatment. Chromate Conversion Coatings on this finish gives an extra adhesion and decorative colours. Application Zodiac 707 is a acid copper plating brightener and carrier which gives mirror like glazing brightness with extreme levelling. This brightener can be operated at wide current density range. Operating Conditions Copper Sulphate 200 - 250 gm/lt. Sulphuric Acid 25 - 30 ml/lt. Zodiac 707 5 - 10 ml/ lt. Zodiac 709 0.4 - 1 ml/lt. Temperature 20 - 35o C Current Density 2- 8 A/dm2

Application A cyanide copper plating process to produce uniform semi-bright copper deposits. It is used as an undercoat prior to Nickel, as a strike to acid copper plating, etc. Suitable for both Vat and Barrel plating. Operating Conditions Conc. 80 - 140 gms./Lt Temperature 50o - 55o C Current Density 1 - 1.5 A/dm2

Application

KOROGUARD is a liquid based system used in combination with mineral acid pickling of delicate/normal/threaded steel parts. It inhibits acidic attack on iron and steel and gently removes the scale and cleans with care. It does not let corrosion embrittlement which often happens using traditional acid based stripping/pickling solutions. The surface is fully Activated and gives the best Adhesion, hence there can never be a chance of Peeling Off when plated.This process also controls the FUMES which helps in reducing the cost of treating acidic fumes and eliminates unnecessary health hazards.
