Steel Shop drawings for Living Quarter and power upgrade project for Qatar Petroleum – MAYDAN MAHZAM FIELD – PS-2Q and BUL HANINE FIELD PS-3Q.
Our scope was to prepare drawings for following major items:
* Loading / unloading area - Turbine deck
* Switchgear deck
* Pump deck
* Mezzanine Deck
* Helideck
There were 3 main deck namely A deck , B Deck and C deck. Top deck was helideck. We have prepared framing drawings, joint details, grating, handrail and NDT drawings apart from cutting diagram for every members with joint location to meet offshore stringent specification. 3D modeling of various system and interference check. This involves piping, HVAC, cable trays, basic structure, Secondary stricture, partitions, wall and deck openings ect.

LPG and Sulphur Recovery plants:
We have designed around 150 static equipment  comprises of Vessels, Tanks, Exchangers, coolers etc and selection of rotating equipment like pumps, compressor etc.. There were about 700 lines in this project with various material specifications like C.S., S.S., Jacketed, Cast Iron and like...26 P & I D were issued to us by
client and our scope of work involved following:

• Equipment layout
• Pipe rack sizing- width, nos of tier including tier for cable trays
• Generation of piping specifications in Auto PLANT software,  All pipe line study and their routing, Clash check of various pipes, stress analysis of high pressure-Temp lines, Re-routing of pipes to suit stress analysis, Generation of General Arrangement and elevation drawings along with sections and line number marking.
• Isometric generation
• Bill of material extraction for various materials.

Diesel Generator – Heavy fuel Based power plants for Wartsila India/Finland
This are Captive Power plants to be used for in-house use by various electricity short supply industries. The cost of power so generated is close to available in open market. Many times, they are very much useful when such plants are put in remote areas of Jungle for pump station or otherwise.
It has basically following system:

• Fuel Oil/Gas system
• Lube oil system
• Compressed Air System
• Charge Air and Exhaust system
• Cooling water system

This group was formed in November 1988 with aim of serving engineering industries in the area of design & detailed Engineering related turn key projects of Refinery, Power, Off-shore platforms, Sulfuric Acid Plants, Waste burning and handling systems like Incinerator Project, Textiles plants, Steel plants and so on.
