We provide application-specific training at your site or our Solution Center in Irving, Texas. We offer two types of training: familiarization and third-party application training. Familiarization training is given to new employees or new users of a particular application. We use a computer-based training approach to train new users effectively and efficiently on very short notice. Third-party application training is generally provided by one of our training partners. All training for new applications and major enhancements is done in a classroom setting with prepared lesson plans and scripts
