We have an in-house ATE, the YP-30H High voltage cable & harness tester. YP-30H Hi Pot Wired Assemblies Tester performs high voltage testing of up to 1500 V. Testing includes dielectric, resistance and insulation tests. It is capable of verifying the most complex harnesses. It can conduct tests while controlling switches, relays, LEDs and any other equipment embedded in cables that operate using external power supplies.
Our manufacturing facility is certified for ISO 9001-2008 and AS9100B.

PEL provides Capture Management services focused towards Indian customers such as the Indian Armed Forces, Paramilitary Forces, Intelligence Agencies, Railways, Airport Authority of India, BSNL and MTNL. Our services include:

PEL specializes in manufacturing of turnkey electronic enclosures for Aerospace & Defence, Railways, Airport, Telecom and Medical customers. PEL integrates surface mount technology PCAs or flex circuit assemblies into electro-mechanical assemblies. Our production engineering team creates assembly drawings and route cards to document the production of electro-mechanical assemblies.

PEL has an internal cable assembly operation to support electro-mechanical builds. Our Supply Chain team has sourcing relationships both domestically and internationally which allows us to provide support for rapid prototyping as well as bulk production. PEL subjects each assembled sub-system for in-line ESS testing and functional testing on ATEs to guarantee reliability for mission-critical use.
