Application:

Secondary and tertiary crushing of ores and minerals including coal, coke, Iron ore etc with normal crushing ratio of 10:1. Output available upto 3mm. The equipment available with bottom grate bar discharge or open bottom discharge. The crushing action take place by impact of series of rotating swing hammers against spring loaded breaker plate.

Primary and Secondary crushing of soft non-abrasive or medium abrasive materials like coal, coke, chalk etc with normal crushing ratio of 4:1. The crushing action takes place by impact of roll-teeth against spring loaded brakers plate.

Tertiary crushing of soft and medium hard non-abrasive or medium abrasive materials with a crushing ratio of 10:1 max by impact of hammers against liner plate output available upto 60 Mesh (B.S.S.).
