Containers are feeds from washing machine or unscrumbler and moves on SS Slat conveyor, feeds below the filling nozzles through feed worm & in-let star wheel. Filling station is consisting of volumetric filling head and a central rotating liquid reservoir tank. This reservoir tank is filling with liquid continuously by external source. In-feed liquid controlled automatically by sensing the liquid level in the reservoir tank with the help of floating level switch to actuate pneumatically operated solenoid valve. Fill volume adjustment can be done by a screw, which changes the volume of all the syringes simultaneously. Fine adjustment of individual syringe is to be possible with the help of mechanism provided on top of the individual syringe.

After filling star wheel bringing the container below the sealing head in the subsequent indexing part, mean while the bottle pickup a cap from the delivery chute of cap feeding bowl, where the body and the neck of the container are positioned below the rotating head, where the sealing head is performing perfect operation of threading & sealing and move container further process for inspection,labeling or packing.

The Vacuum Shelf Tray Dryers are used to het and dry material under the state of vacuum is called vacuum drying and where difficulties in drying materials due to high toxic contents, hygroscopic in nature, heat sensitive. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical, Herbal, chemical & foodstuff.

The Vacuum Shelf Dryer is basically a tray dryer working under vacuum conditions. Its use vacuum to pump air and humidity out from the closed heat chamber due to vacuum making the chamber on the vacuum state thus increased drying rate greatly and saved energy. The boiling point of the material to be brought down for drying and the entire system is in closed loops so, no contamination occurs. The evaporation's evolved during the drying process is cooled down through a connected condenser and collected in receiver. The vacuum shelf dryerwhen combined with solvent extraction system, ensures that almost all of evaporating vapors is recovered and condensed in to a receiver. Vacuum shelf dryer is closed chamber with heavy structure with air lock doors, Jacketed and insulated body. Inside chamber there are shelves for resting tray. Shelves are manufactured in hollow construction with baffles cum stiffeners, inlet and outlet nozzle. Hot media is passed through the Inlet Header to each shelf, so heat transfer to the surface, which in turn heats up trays placed on the shelves. The hot media flows out from the shelves through the Outlet Header.

The Vacuum Paddle Mixer Dryer consists of a jacketed cylindrical shell with rotating with specially designed Paddle Agitator type blade by rigid fabricated structure motor, gear box. There is provision for application of vacuumized inside the shell and circulation of heating media in the jacket during the rotation of the stirrer. The large heating surface area presented by the internals surface of the shell ensures uniform drying of the product, as the product gently moving & fluidized while the Paddle stirrer rotates. The diffusive action induced by the mixing stirrer constantly presents a fresh layer to come into contact with the indirectly heated walls of the shell. A well designed sealing system enable maintenance of deep vacuum inside the shell, and also ensures positive circulation of a heating media in the jacket.

The outer Paddle rotation displaces the material from the ends to the center while the inner paddle rotations move the material from the center to the ends. This counter-current action results in homogenous blending. Mixing is achieved in 15 to 20 minutes with 90 to 95 % or better homogeneity.

Working Principle :

The basis of mixing system of Ultra Vacuum Mixer is a combination of counter - rotating paddle agitator and internal homogenizer. Gate-type agitator with cross baffles rotates in anti-clockwise direction while counter paddle revolves in clockwise direction, generating a disturbance in the normally circular flow pattern and dampen vortex formation. The blades of paddles are pitched to promote top - to bottom flow. In addition, adjustable scrapers are utilized to prevent the build-up of a stagnant film between the agitator and the vessel, and assure efficient heat transfer to product during heating and cooling steps. The speed of the agitator and the counter paddle can be varied separately.

Homo disperser, locates at the bottom of the vessel, accomplishes emulsification by physical action and centrifugal forces created by high speed rotation of the rotor. These actions would break up oil phase/ aqueous phase liquid stream into tiny and discrete droplets. Then they will be intensively and continuously mixed by counter- rotating agitator mechanism, and become final products. For versatility of use, interchangeable high viscosity and low viscosity homo disperser heads are provided with the system. Homo disperser speed is adjustable by inverter control.

Raw material feeding to Prism Vacuum Mixer can be manual through the fully open lid, or completely automatic through vacuum system. Finished product is discharges by manual discharge valve or through special design transfer pump on mobile trolley into product container.

A well designed sealing system enable maintenance of deep vacuum inside the shell, and also ensures positive circulation of a heating media in the jacket.

In operation, material is filled to the top of the outer ribbon. The shaft rotates at relatively low speed and the moving ribbons push the material back and forth mixing it. The outer ribbon rotation displaces the material from the ends to the center while the inner ribbon rotations move the material from the center to the ends. This counter-current action results in homogenous blending. Mixing is achieved in 15 to 20 minutes with 90 to 95 % or better homogeneity. The bottom discharge provided for unloading of the material and easy cleaning of the mixing drum. Specially designed self adjusting sealing arrangement of unique design is provided to ensure that no black particle enters into the mixing drum.

The tablet to be inspected are filled in the Hopper and is automatically placed on the Conveyor belt through vibration, while at One end of the belt an operator inspects the 'Front' side of the tablet and at the other End the second operator inspects the 'Reverse' side of the tablet. Further, the Machine consists essentially of an Endless Nylon Conveyor Belt, driven by a variable speed motor and designed to offer for inspection the front and Reverse of a Tablet.

Optional Dust extractor provides collects the dust. Rejection tablet trays are filled to collect rejected and 100% perfect tablets fall into the collection drum.
