The octagonal shape blenders have six corners of product container for more tumbler effect to the material for fast and homogenizing mixing. Depending on the application required Prism fluid bed Equipment can be configured into designs as follows :

1. The Fluid Bed Mixing and Drying Process : The Fluid Bed system have a bed of solid particles which are fluidized by passing a stream of air upward through a specially designed perforated sheet. The upward velocity of air is so maintained so as to slightly lift the solid particles and set them in motion. This motion can be utilized to bring about mixing as well as forward movement of the solids particles. Fines get agglomerated to larger granules particles thus providing large size

2. The Fluid Bed Processor with Top spraying system for Agglomeration and Granulation Process : The process is used in fluid beds to form granules form a fine powder. The fluidized powder is wetted with fluid / binder / starch pest by using top spraying system. The top spraying system provided with spraying nozzle and precise dosing peristaltic pump. The fluidized powder is wetted until liquid bridges are formed between particles. Segregation of powder doesn't take place as different powder is glued together on a micro scale. Since there is no impinging force in fluid bed equipments the granules are weak and having good solubility. This technology used for formed granules for Tabletting, capsule, dust free process, free flow properties, good dispensability and excellent solubility due to porous structure.

3. Fluid Bed Equipment with Wurster Coater Bottom Spray for Granules Coating or Pellet Coating : The Coater is capable of handling any of the following process..

  • Fine particle coatings
  • Active layering

This process is used to apply a coating to the granules or pellets. This process knows as wurster coater. In this process the spray is done inside a hollow cylinder and from the bottom of this cylinder the pellets are allowed in small quantity to enter the hollow cylindrical tube. Once they are outside the wurster compartment, they move downward outside the compartment where they dry a another layer of coating can be supplied. Since the movement of the particle or pellets inside the wurster chamber totally controlled in ensures uniform.

Agitator Mixer

Two low speed agitator; Counter rotating mixer with outer anchor stirrer with self pressure Teflon scrappers and contrs rotating inner paddle blade.

Ultra Mixer is a combination of counter - rotating inner paddle agitator and outer anchor agitator, generating a disturbance in the normally circular flow pattern and dampens vortex formation. Tumbler blenders or IBC Container tumblers are used mainly for blending of dry powders for tablet production and capsule, which facilitates better flow for tablets and capsules. The Moveable hoist is used to transfer the material dust free and without human touch in pharmaceutical industries for Load powder in to RMG bowl, Load powder in to hopper of tablet press, Load tablet in to hopper of blister pack & Coating Machine and online sifting and milling as well as container one room to another room..

The Drum Lifter consists of the main frame made of machined alloy steels. This flat makes a "C" type basic structure. It is perfect in geometry and accuracy in terms of inside sliding width. Inside there is a carriage which runs on the rollers. These rollers run on ball bearings and are having a locking rim which allows rollers to glide smoothly inside the main frame and in the straight line only. The load which is carried by the carriage moves upward without any bending or tilting. Rollers are made up of alloy steel having ball bearings and special rubber oil seal. The Structure is completely cladded / Covered by S.S.304 Sheets completely covering the structure and argon welded to avoid any screws for the cladding.

This entire structure is supported at both the ends by moveable trolley mounting structure for easy mobility. Inside the main frame there is a hydraulic cylinder which lifts or lowers the pulley to which the carriage is connected. A hydraulic cylinder is actuated by the double solenoid valve which can make it move upward and downward. One can raise lower or stop the load at the desired position. The hydraulic cylinder is also having a flow control valve which controls the linear speed of the load.. There is a limit switch at the lower and upper ends which determines the endpoints for the lift and that can be set by the user as per their requirements. On the front side, there is a rubber /nylon sandwiched belt which is PVC coated on both sides and it covers the front side completely as the carriage moves upward or downward side. Thus entire hoist is covered from all sides allowing no tablet dust to enter inside. The hoist will have power pack kept on the service floor and hydraulic tubes will come through the main housing internally.

The octagonal shape blenders have six corner of product container for more tumbler effect to the material for fast and homogenizing mixing. Application & Process :

De-Duster is pharmaceutical processing equipment that removes the fine surface dust from tablets through using vibratory effect. This machine can be linked directly to any type of high speed tablet press.

In spiral deduster there is vibrated spiral path perforated sieve. The tablets enter in centre of perforated sieve from directly Tablet Press then they are gently vibrated and the tablet to move forward, turning and rotating along the spiral path of perforated plate to outer peripheries.

In Elevating Deduster there is vibrated up hill type sieves. The tablets enter bottom inlet of perforated sieve from directly Tablet Press then they are gently vibrated and the tablet to move forward, up ward , turning and rotating along the spiral up hill path of perforated plate to outer at top of the sieve.

These remove the layer of surface dust and edges of tablet. The dust is collected by a dust extraction system through a hose pipe spigot connection and the tablet fall into the container.

CIP/ WIP system is useful for cleaning and washing at the place of Vessel, Tank, Bin, Fluid Bed Equipment, High Shear Mixer, Blender, Auto Coater and IBC Bin.

We manufacture of CIP/ WIP system with complete closed CIP/WIP system for Bin washing.

Automatic washing station is consists of a closed washing cabinet, washing system with pump, Hot air handling system and PLC controls system with HMI.

Used bin is oriented in the closed cabinet and closed entrance main door for washing. Washing cycle time can be set as per requirements for Plain water, Hot water, Detergent, Distilled water. In auto mode Bin wash automatically as per sets cycles. There are nos. of spraying nozzles for washing at all corners & all side walls for outer washing. Top mounting spraying nozzle is fitted with telescopic pneumatic cylinder to wash inner surface of the bin, Inner washing nozzle move upward & downward during washing for completely washing of bin. The cabinet is having drain pot with recirculation of water connection with pump if required then it can be recalculated. After complete washing cycles then bin is dry by passed filter hot air circulation by air handling unit. After drying of Bin on set temperature then released for new batch safe storage.

Closed washing system for bin can be supplied with storage tank for water, Hot water generator, detergent tank and air handling unit as per customer requirements.
