We have provided our due diligence services to many multinational companies like SN Power-Norway, NCC International-Sweden, Orkla AS -Norway, ADHEPL - India, TPG - USA, Berkeley Energy UK, Emami Power etc. The company is registered as a Private Limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 vide the regd. No. 55-033664 N, in February 2002. The company commenced its operations by providing due diligence services to a large Norwegian state owned utility Statkraft SF in 2002.
