Note Due to COVID 19 from below services currently only Remote services are available.
Onsite visit after logging call by client and remote support will be available 24X7.
2. Random visit on site to know the functionality of complete IT devices. 3. During AMC we will support Desktop/Laptop, printer and scanner along with exiting Networking setup.4. If any hardware part got faulty repairing charge will be additional as per market price.5. Random system health checkup and analysis report will be share to I.T spoke on monthly basis.6. Unlimited Visit for customer Incident resolutions.7. Computer should have 1 admin account and user accounts. Computer is always allocated to 1 user at a time. User should have 1 folder to save his work.8. Regular backup of user data including outlook PST on cloud.9. Data protection on computer.10. Antivirus on each computer.11. Data surveillance on each computer.12. Each computer should have labeling mention computer name.13. Regular check up of computer to enhance performance.14. Coordination with Vendors whenever some problem comes on software and hardware side, when it is related to vendors etc.15. Computer setup for new joiner.16.
