Description:
Moxis Eye Drops contain Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride equivalent to Moxifloxacin 0.5% w/v, a fourth-generation fluoroquinolone antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections of the eye. Moxifloxacin works by inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, essential enzymes for bacterial DNA replication, transcription, and repair. This dual action makes it effective against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.

Formulated as a sterile, ophthalmic solution, Moxis provides fast relief from symptoms like redness, discharge, swelling, and irritation caused by bacterial conjunctivitis and other ocular infections.

• Use with caution in patients with known fluoroquinolone allergy

• Contact lenses should be removed before instillation and reinserted after 15 minutes

• Store at 15°C to 25°C
