7.5mg Melorise Tablet

MELORISE 15MG contains Meloxicam which belongs to the group of medicines called Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs. It is used in the short-term management of flare-ups associated with osteoarthrosis (disorder of joints) and to reduce pain associated with rheumatoid arthritis (inflammation of the joints). It can also be used in the long-term management of a similar bone condition called ankylosing spondylitis (inflammation of the spine).

Meloxicam acts by reducing pain and inflammation in the body. It blocks the production of certain chemicals (cyclooxygenase 1 and 2 and prostaglandins) in the body that causes pain and inflammation. MELORISE 15MG is suitable for use in both adults and in adolescents (16 years or older).

During management with MELORISE 15MG, your doctor would regularly monitor your health condition to avoid the risk of side effects. This is highly recommended for elderly patients and in patients having diabetes, high cholesterol, or problems in liver, kidney, or heart functions.

Before taking MELORISE 15MG inform your doctor if you have any severe stomach problems such as stomach ulcers or other inflammatory stomach conditions such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease or perforations or bleeding in the gut.
