The mechanically Agitated Thin Film Evaporators not only give excellent performance with viscous or heat sensitive products but also offers certain unique features which the conventional evaporators cannot match. This evaporator have not only improved the processes but also made many processes feasible. It is ideally suited for concentration, evaporation, distillation, degassing, stripping and reaction of viscous, heat sensitive or fouling products under vacuum of 1 tor with processing time of a few seconds in continuous, single pass operation.
