The data and processing for the airports are separated using different databases. Billing for an airport can only be done when air operators, aircrafts and various parameters have been set or entered. To perform monthly billing, the user can specify the period (month) in which the billing is being done. The user then clicks a button and the bill due for each customer is calculated. During the calculation the system determines the due amount which includes the total of all landing, parking, over flight, concession or rentals, other charges, air navigation charges among others.
