20 Feet Aluminum Gangway

We will use high temper make alumnium main ‘C ‘ sections & the upper pathway chequered plate will also be of HINDALCO alumnium 3 mm thick  “ HINDALCO “ provides the best No. 1 quality alumnium in INDIA for marine & commercial use  The main ‘C’ section of size 64 x 31 x 3 mm . And we assure best quality & durabily for your requirement .   The complete Alumnium Gangway ladder will be assembled with Stainless Steel 304 Fastners . The Alumnium Gangway ladder will have Step Treads on the upper surface at every 300 mm interval . The ladder will be guaranteed for 12 months against any manufacturing defects . Total safe weight carrying capacity of the gangway ladder will 500 kgs. at a time . Total weight of the ladder will be approx 150  kgs We will provide special  eye bolts on every  for securing ropes & pulling the gangway ladder . The gangway ladder will have solid  heavy duty rollers size 8 x 3 rollers  at one end for easy movement . The Alumnium Gangway ladder will be constructed by means of fabrication & will be  joined by S.S. 304 Nylock Nut Bolting we will not use M.S.(Mild Steel) in any part of the Gangway ladder fabrication only the front hooks & rear rollers will be fitted with MS plates & rod .     The hand railings (stanchions ) will be made from MS pipes dia 1 inch & 3 mm thickness & will be detachable . We use MS pipe in ralings because the are strong & don’t bend when pulling the ladder alumnium railings bend .
