It is after a respectable stint on board that we felt the need to bring some harmony into the chaotic environ of crew management.

During our onboard stint into various ranks and with different employers/companies, we observed that the demands for quality seafarers are increasing nowadays. Although the companies are willing to spend mega bucks on their development and growth, they are still unable to meet the expectations of the seafarers. Retention or the rate of attrition is the buzz word.
