The Automatic Capsule Inspection Machine is designed to inspect capsules after the powder-filling operation and before final packing. Its main purpose is to ensure that only properly filled, undamaged capsules proceed to the polishing and packing stages.
Working Principle:
Capsule Feeding: Filled capsules are transferred from the hopper to a vibrating tray.
Capsule Orientation and Movement: From the vibrator, the capsules move onto a conveyor belt. Angular guides on the conveyor cause the capsules to rotate around their axis, ensuring a complete visual inspection of their surface.
Illumination for Inspection: A lighting system is installed above the conveyor to provide uniform illumination, enabling operators to detect minute defects such as cracks, chips, or improperly filled capsules.
Operator Inspection: As the capsules travel along the conveyor, an operator visually inspects them and removes any defective or damaged capsules.
This system improves quality control by ensuring that only intact and correctly filled capsules proceed to the next stage of processing.
Interchangeability:
It is recommended to use separate polishing brushes for different products to avoid contamination. Separate polishing brushes can be supplied for different types of powder. Polishing brushes can be interchanged easily.
