Puzzle car parking system utilizes a unique approach to maximize the number of cars accommodated within a given space. It employs a combination of horizontal and vertical platform movements. The entry-level platforms exclusively move horizontally, while the pit-level and top-level pallets solely move vertically. The intermediate-level pallets, on the other hand, can move both vertically and horizontally. The system comprises sturdy structural columns and supports firmly fixed to the floor using chemical anchor bolts installed on a level concrete surface. To facilitate the movements, a single chain system and a geared brake motor are employed for both horizontal and vertical motions of the pallets.
