17 models of Traverse units with a side thrust ranging from 5 Kg to 300 Kg and shaft dia ranging from 10mm to 80mm.
Two types suitable for each shaft in 4 rolling ring and 3 rolling rings
Traverse unit with 4 rolling rings are heavy duty models with double side thrust comparing to three rolling ring with only minor change in dimensions. Zero backslash and efficient transmission of motion. Used in Horizontal and vertical applications. Low drive torque requirement, Traverse unit can easily modified from clockwise to anti clockwise direction rotation of shaft. Pneumatically operated reversal mechanism for bidirectional rotation of shaft. Max linear speed limited by max shaft rpm, No limitation on min shaft speed.
Can be operated at very low speed. Minimum stroke length possible is approimately equal to diamter of shaft,Maxmum travel length limited only by shaft sag shaft supplied up to a length of 4 meters (20mm dia and above)
Seperate drive not necessary for winding applications
