Flaxseed oil is used for carpal tunnel syndrome, diabetic foot and dry eye. It is also used for heart disease, high blood pressure, rheumatoid arthritis (RA), high level of cholesterol or other fats (lipids) in the blood (hyperlipidemia), and many other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to support these uses.

Suggested Use: Take one capsule twice daily on an empty stomach or at least half an hour before morning & evening meal. Use twice daily for 6-12 months for better results.
