Dr. Anu's Diet And Ayurveda is a comprehensive health program founded by Dr.ANU GOYAL. She did her “Bachelors in Ayurvedic Medicine And Surgery” in 1997-98 . Throughout her career she has focussed to impart health to her patients through Diet, yoga, panchkarma , and ayurvedic medicines.
HEALTH AT YOUR KITCHEN is basic thought of this program.
Dr. Anu holds a certificate in clinical yoga. A set of yogasanas and Pranayam is suggested to every patient according to their medical condition.
She has a special certificate course in CHILD NUTRITION from IGNOU. She also hold a certificate in Reproductive Child Health Programme organised by government.
Along with she did a certificate course in SPORTS NUTRITION.
