• Request a sample (if needed).
• Send us your logo to be digitized (send via e-mail or fax to your Unique Uniform�s Rep).
• Sign your logo approval form (send via e-mail or fax to your Unique Uniform�s Rep).
• All embroidered and silkscreen items will have a one time �digitizing� fee.
• This amount will not be charged when placing a 100+ item order.
• Logo embroidery price will be determined by the number of stitches on the logo.
• Logo silkscreen price will be determined by the number of colors on the logo.
• Request A Sample Line �Try-on Items� (If Desired) Or Choose The Sizes You Want To Order Based On Our Measurement Charts.
• Sample line �try-on items� are the responsibility of customer and must be purchased as they are not returnable.
• Send your PO (Purchase Order).
• Approve and sign your Unique Uniform�s quote (send via e-mail or fax to your Unique Uniform�s Rep).
• Pay 50% when order is placed.
• Orders may be paid with a cheque or vie-transfer. If a cheque is sent, the order will be placed.
• After check clearance.
• Once your order is ready to be shipped, pay the remaining 50% balance on your order.
