- Operations : As soon as we sign up a contract with client – we will assign one CRM as a Single point of contact. And he will be visiting the site regularly
- Training : We will make monthly/Yearly training planner and ensure each employee would under go 4 hour of training per month. Trainings are conducted by dedicated trainer.
* Quality Assurance : Our quality team will do the auditing once in a month and will have Joint inspections with Client’s representative.
* Technical team : We have well qualified technicians to take care of the machines deployed by us in client’s place. All the machines will be serviced once a month or when ever required. A special training session will be conducted by our technical manager on machinery usage.
* Management Visit : Our RM, GM would be frequently visiting the sites.
* HR : Our HR team members will focus on all the HR related supports and ensure all statutory benefits are being passed on to all the employees.
* Procurement team: Our procurement team will do the on-site inspections on how the HK tools and materials are being stored and used, they will ensure time to time delivery of all the indented material.
* Finance : All the finance related issues like billing, collection, salary payments…etc will be monitored by a dedicated resource as per our client categorization.
