Back Pressure Regulating Valve

To prevent the pressure in a cryogenic storage tank from rising above a pre-determined set point.
The upstream pressure is applied to a spring-loaded diaphragm, as the pressure increases the movement of the diaphragm opens the valve to allow the flow of fluid from inlet to outlet, the outlet can be to atmosphere or to a low pressure recovery vessel (no greater than 10% of the set pressure).
