Hi-Tech Emulsion RS-1 is specially designed water based with low viscosity and fast setting time that makes it an ideal product for spray application. It is chocolate brown in color and is a free flowing liquid at ambient temperature. Hi-Tech Emulsion RS-1 is manufactured strictly conforming to IS 8887:2004.

Applications
Hi-Tech Emulsion RS-1 is ideally suitable for tack coat application. Tack coat can be applied on bituminous surface, aged bituminous surface, primed bituminous surfaces and no bituminous surfaces.
