Pooja is a trained Gemologist and Jewellery Designer from The Jewellery Design and Technology Institute and International Gemological Institute. Urvika is a Fashion Design Graduate from the Prestigious Parsons School of Design, New York and a trained Jewellery Designer from the world-renowned Gemological Institute of America, New York. Having been on the Deans List at Parsons, she had to opportunity to work with Yves Saint Laurent and Yoana Baraschi in New York City.
The New York Fashion Industry has also been a major influence in the formation of the brand. They draw inspiration from exposure to art and culture during their travels to countries like Morocco, Italy, France, Turkey, Indonesia, China, Greece etc. Age old and traditional embroideries and weavings have been incorporated into their designing sensibility. They have been avid collectors of textiles, gems and artifacts, no longer in daily use from different parts of India and the world. They combined the classical and traditional with the modern and contemporary to give their products a modern, yet evergreen and timeless appeal.
Having trained in Parisian tailoring and couture techniques at Parsons, each garment is presented with an impeccable finish. Each individual garment is draped with European flair before putting the final stitches in place.
