Product Description
Swaraj Secutech presents India's first manufactured and physically crash tested indigenously designed bollard. Our bollards have been impact tested by Horiba, MIRA. U.K. wherein the bollard was hit at 48 km/h by a fully laden 7.2-ton truck and achieved a penetration of only 0.1 m.

We take pride in being the first company in India to have designed and manufactured Crash Bollards that has been physically crash tested at HORIBA MIRA, UK. The tests were conducted according to the newest IWA 14:2013 std, impacting a 7.2ton truck @ 48kmph (K4) and 7.2ton truck@ 80kmph(K12) for hydraulic bollards. Our fixed bollards with only 125 mm foundation is one of the shallowest in the world and has been tested against the same truck @ 48 kmph (K4). All have less than 1m ( P1) penetration.
We have indigenously manufactured Drop Arm Crash Barriers and that too has been physically crash tested at HORIBA MIRA, UK according to IWA 14:2013 std for a 7.2ton truck @ 48kmph (K4) and @ 64kmph (K8). Even our Tyre Killers are physically crash tested at HORIBA MIRA, UK against a 7.2 ton truck wherein all 6 tyres deflated immediately. Our Road Blockers in collaboration with our partners from UK have been tested against 7.2ton truck @ 80 kmph ( K12) while our Crash Rated Gates have been crash engineered and tested by ARAI, Pune against a 7.2ton truck @ 80kmph and 48kmph.
