Port counter bore tool are offered on solid carbide carbide brazed tipped and lugged version with straight shank or taper shank also tools with internal thro coolant or with out internal thro coolant as desired giving you precision & quality poer tools.
Universal tools drill cum port forming counter bore tools to perform operation in one go without any pre frill to save up time and cost.
Port counter bore are manufactured with high degree of precision for accurate seat for seals on the component
Tool are offered various kind of port counter bore tools:
- A PORT counter bore tools with guided type and non guided type. The Guided type port counter borer tool has ground outer Diameter body to be used with guided Bushes.
- ROSN Cavities Port Counter bore tools. These special ROSE Cavities for Broaches Which later is used for the threading
* PORT Counter bore tools with interchangeable pilots. These pilots can be either pilot reamer or pilot Guide Giving more flexibility and interchangeability.
* SAE SHORT Port Tools to produced complete form in one siting I.E Minor Diameter upto shot up face.These Tolls are mainly used on CNC machine without any guide bush.
* SAE LONG Port counter bore tools to produced complete form in one setting I.E monor Diameter upto spot face these tools cab be used Thro Guide Bush For Conventional Machine as well as CNC Machine.
