It's quite a pride to be known within my circle of industry friends as the one who has been the first chef at this erstwhile Italian eating joint at this place and an honour to be back at the task. It feels like coming home! feels like coming home! And let me promise you that the legacy of serving, probably, the best Italian cuisine in the city still continues.

Having spent over 25 years as a Chef, I have witnessed the change in eating trends, choices of flavours and availability of once rare ingredients off-the-shelf. The food though traditionally Italian at heart, many innovations, in-house and learnt, have made my experiences richer. From cannoli, tiramisu, panna cotta, bruschetta, spaghetti, wood-fired pizzas, risotto, lasagna to a wide range of pastas, that are a gourmet's delight! It helps me in cooking every dish we serve at Mangia Fuorai a gastronomical joy!

If cooking is a science then presenting it well is an art for sure. And I think while the science is easy to grasp, the art needs little practice. I have always believed that less is more. And therefore our servings, though simple, are unique.
