The inception of JANAKSONS took place with the Grace of the Almighty Shri Ram and through the blessings of their spiritual leader revered Shri Premji Maharaj, under the able stewardship of the founding brothers, Anil Behl and Ashwani Behl guided strongly by their father Shri Prem Kishan Behl. The business which started with YKK, the world leaders in Zip Fasteners, extended over to cover raw materials like Mohair, Angora yarns, Knitted Fabrics, Nylon tyre cord and Polyester yarn from varied but reputed sources from the USA , Korea and Taiwan. In late 80s, JANAKSONS developed itself into a buying house for overseas buyers sourcing garments from the Indian subcontinent but after 5 years discontinued due to the quality of garments manufactured being inconsistent at that time and instead chose to help the industry to modernize to international standards. In the early 90s, having effectively served the Indian textile (knitting) industry with raw materials, the necessity for modern machines inspired us to diversify as the Consulting & Service Agents for reputed overseas manufacturers. Since then, we have been successful in representing the worlds best equipment manufacturers in the Knitting, Fabric Finishing and Garmenting (Keum Yong-Korea, Tube-tex-USA and Mario Fonio, MAICA, Mentasti-all from Italy & Vetigraph CAD/CAM-GERMANY and Atlanta Attachement-USA) and command a reputation with Principals and our customers for providing total solutions to the knitting industry. With a consistent growth of over 20% p.a. over the last nearly 10-15 years, JANAKSONS/JANAKSONS OVERSEAS group headed by Anil Behl expects to scale further heights in the years to come with his son Pranay Behl, a budding young professional who has been well groomed and is actively shouldering responsibilities on all fronts with an untiring zest to perform and diversify/expand the group.
