He is a Chemical Engineer from U.P Technical University Lucknow (2005 batch). His areas of responsibility spanning 14 years career in Technical & Management roles include engineering services & Project Management, Plant operation, Strategy Planning, Utility Management, Safety Management System, Resource Development, Budget Planning, Team Management, Training of Personnel.He has been associated with many green field & brown field projects in various organizations in India. He has worked in a wide variety of projects of Organics / inorganic chemical/ Aromatic Chemical/ Specialty Chemicals industries like P I Industries Limited, Dr. Vivek Kumar obtained his PhD in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur in the area of particulate separation in 2012 and since then he is a faculty member at Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies, RK Valley Campus in Kadapa (Andhra Pradesh).In recent years, he has been involved in the areas of process simulation, automation and computation fluid dynamics.He is a member of Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers (IICHE).
