About the Company
New Era Industries was founded in 1965 as a furniture workshop in Chennai in south India. Over the next 35 years, the “New Era” name came to signify the highest standards of quality, reliability and service in contract interiors and furniture manufacturing; catering to the luxury hotel segment in the country.
In 1996, New Era expanded its activities to include the import and distribution of new and unique interior and exterior product concepts from Europe.
New Era is a professional, service-oriented company, with a workforce of over 60 employees, and is dedicated to providing the highest standards of quality and service to all its customers. Besides being a marketing company with a national network of sales offices spanning all the major urban cities in India, New Era also has an in-house projects division, which undertakes the installation of each of its product ranges. Our in-house design and drafting department ensures “attention to detail” by preparing shop drawings specific to each project based on the requirements of the architect and client.”
