Description: Libratherm offers model THP-300X, micro-controller based (T + Rh + DP) Indicator cum Transmitter with 1” high digital display for long distance visibility and 4-20mA retransmission outputs for T, Rh and DP each. These instruments are specially designed for monitoring and real time data logging of clean room environmental conditions. Models are also available without data logging facility i.e. without real time clock and built in memory.
Digital interface such as RS-485 or Ethernet are integrated in the hardware to communicate with PC or PLC or HMI. All three types of indicators have built in memory and real time clock to store the T+RH+DP values at regular and programmable time interval. The stored data can be downloaded onto the computer via RS485 or LAN connection. Libratherm offers Window based PC software to monitor and store the data in continuous or batch format for on line or off line viewing and analysis in tabular or graphical format. The software allows user to prepare the batch report with desired fields such as product name, batch name, customer name etc. The THP series has built in flash memory to store real time 20000+ records.
Respective sensors for T, RH and DP are built-in to the same indicator or alternately provision for external sensor/transmitter is available.
The indicator is housed in an elegant SS enclosure with the depth of just 30mm and hence can be easily concealed inside the PUF panels of the clean rooms. The front facia has slanted borders to prevent dust accumulation. All input and output cable connections are accessible from top surface and DP connections are available through suitable nozzles on the bottom (As shown in the photographs).
