There are 2 Parts to the solution that we offer.

First is the connectivity.

• We offer Wired Ethernet, Wifi as well as GSM / GPRS based communication to cloud.
• As you would note that our IIoT device has a facility to connect Sensor signals such as Analog inputs as well as Digital Sensors.
• All machine / PLC statuses can be sent to a cloud storage through a remote IIoT device, using any of the available internet networks.
• Our devices have the flexibility of customizing the number of inputs needed by the solution and are also completely programmable in a remote manner.

Coming to the monitoring requirements of various machines, as we see it functionally, they are of diverse nature.

• The monitoring system is a web application and it can be hosted on any smart device such as a Tab or a pc and also a smart phone. So, Real time status can be accessed on any of the above platforms.
• Application / program update to Firmware upgrade, all of it can be done remotely.
• Thus, changes to a your requirement solution can be made at any later date as well (OTA Updates are enabled).
• Data is logged onto the device, 24/7, and it does not require any other equipment on site.
• We could also integrate data into existing ERP systems, or reports could be generated from the system directly as per any relevant requirement.
