Coir Rope

Curled coir rope is also known as "Twisted Coir Fibre". Curled Coir Rope is made out of matured brown coir fiber. The Clean and Natural fibreis fed to the hackling machine in which the fibre is loosened, opened out and teased to facilitate easy curling. Then the hackled fibre is fed to the curling machine in which the fibre is straightened passing through the rollers and curled in the spinning head. The hopper feeder is provided for feeding uniform weight from the quantity of fibre to the curling machine. The Curled Coir Ropes of different diameters can be produced on the curling machine. Natural Curled Coir Rope is made out of matured brown coir fibre. The Natural Curled Coir is used in the manufacture of rubberized coir mattresses and upholstery. Natural Curled Coir Rope is used for various applications like making coir mattress, rubberized coir pads, coir cushions, carpet under lays, seat cushions and for insulating drainage pipes
