We are Accredited Practitioners for a Psychometric instrument called Saville Wave which has been validated with scientific research and the results from the instrument has high validity with actual work performance. Saville Wave is now popular in over 80 countries worldwide.

The reports are generated electronically based on a self rating on four key clusters headings of Thought, Influence, Adaptability and Delivery, having in all twelve dimensions that impact work competency. They provide value in both recruitment and development, transforming the quality of the assessment processes through the use of technology and well researched performance driven models of effectiveness at the work place.

The following are the deliverables (reports) based on the questionnaire

  1. Detailed Competency report (108 Facets) and potential profile (12 Competency descriptions) of the individual

  2. Performance enhancers

  3. Development Report for building strengths, Possible over played strengths, development tips and managing limitations

  4. Entrepreneurial Potential Report based on Entrecode Model developed by Professor David Hall based on over fifteen years of research

  5. Leadership Potential Report

Saville Wave has a 360 Degree Report (based on the Competency model mentioned above) based on the perception of the individual and his raters namely, his Boss, stakeholder, Peer and reportees.

There would be more clarity in identifying the performance competencies which are very critical from the perspective of the Boss and the stakeholders and the performance level rating as perceived by the individual himself. The individual would get an insight whether he has been effective on those competencies on a Likert scale of effectiveness.
