The Competency Assessment Questionnaire (popularly known as CAQ) was a result of an endeavor on the part of CGA Consultants to provide a standardized Inventory with inherent capability of measuring behavioral competencies that have an impact on job related success.
Psychologists at CGA carried out extensive industry research in order to map behavioral competencies that are critical to job - related success at the entry-level positions across industries in the Services Sector & Companies with a strong Customer interaction. CAQ measures competencies like Endurance, Communication Skills, Supportiveness, and System Orientation etc.
