This is a proprietary business jointly run by an electronics engineer duo - Mr. & Mrs. Shirke holding a promising 23 & 16 years experience respectively in the concerned industry. Being electronics engineer is an added advantage to customers since it facilitates to up bring the technical requirements & quality of the product. Enclosures are designed on Solid Edge 3D CAD Software. It gives an excellent aesthetic look, upgrades degree of protection, best strength to weight ratio, ease in assembling internal components at customer’s end. We interact with our customers at the stage of designing the enclosures to make an excellent end product. Utmost care is taken while designing the product, special dies and fixtures are used for punching, excellent machinery is used for MIG/CO2 & TIG welding and finishing is also done on very good machinery. Assembly line is sated with pneumatic tools, latest technology packing with electric hoist loading-unloading maintains safe operations & material movements. Powder coating with eight tanks pre-treatment is also done qualitatively at our dedicated sister concern unit. It is one of the best powder coating plants.
