Ch.Vinay Choudary [C E O]: Vinay Choudary is the founder of this company. He ensures a smooth integration of production, marketing and finance. With a strong ambition to grow this company he channelizes his efforts into building this company through bringing in new manufacturing technologies, venturing into niche value added domains in powder metallurgy industry and recruiting talented and dedicated resources for the development of the company. He brings with him a rich experience of 17 years in the field of Metal / Alloy Powder related industry. 
K.Sai Babu [General Manager]: Sai Babu is the head of production and marketing at Innomet Powders. He is responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of all the production activities and plays a key role in coordinating with R&D team in the research and development projects. As the head of marketing division he plays a key role in getting new business into the company and ensuring customer satisfaction. He has 11 years of experience in metal/alloy powder related industry and over 20 years of experience in civil / electrical works.
Ch.Saritha [Manager Finance] : Saritha handles finance and supply divisions at Innomet Powders. She is responsible for all the key financial decisions involving pricing, procurement, budget management and forecasting the future needs of the company. She brings with her over 12 years of experience in Finance and Administration.
K.Kameswara Sarma [Manager Research, Development and Innovation]: He brings with him over 30 years of experience in areas of Production, Technology and Planning in Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Foundries.
N.Gangopadhyay [Manager Quality Control]: Brings over 30 years of experience in field of Wet and Instrumental analysis of Ferrous and Non-Ferrous metals & alloys. He has also has the experience of working in Forensic Labs.
