Responsibilities
- Upload all the personal details filled by the employee at their time of joining into the ERP software and thus enter into payroll database.
- Verification of documents given at the time of joining.
* Biometric registration for new employees.
* Manage the PF account of all employees and resolve their queries regarding it.
* Enrolling new employee on EPFO website and UAN activation (for 1st time application)
* Take care of correction, transfer and withdrawal of PF requests from the employees.
* Do ESIC registration for eligible employees and update in payroll software.
* Prepare Employee ID cards for all new joiners.
* Prepare Confirmation, Experience, Relieving as well as Address Proof letters as and when required.
