Average length of our relationship with our customers is 4 years. Our customers are in US, Canada, UK, the Nordics, Western Europe, Africa, India, Australia and New Zealand. Our experience is in verticals like Healthcare, Travel & Hospitality, Maritime systems, Industrial Automation, Imaging and visualization, and network systems. We also provide bespoke application development to our customers. Our business has grown, mainly through client references and our Case Studies.

Today our workforce count is 500 people. Nearly 40% of our workforce has post graduate degrees, or PhDs. 75% of our workforce has globally recognized certificates in various technology and in project management. We have invested in a robust workforce training program and in an in-house knowledge management system. Our employees, and indeed customers too, get access to world class development facility. We are the employer of choice in central India, where we are the largest amongst the homegrown companies. The employee attrition rate in Infospectrum is 7%, which is half of the industry standard.
