The company has expertise in repair of any type of DC motor it has the capacity to repair DC motor up to 10000 HP.

Manufacture of DC Field Coils, HT Coils and spares

The Company manufactures DC Field coils including edge wound coils for DC motors, DC traction motors and Syn. machines as per customer requirements. Edgewise bending of copper strips and winding of pole coils is done on automatic machine for various sizes as per customer requirement. Coil consolidation after insulation is carried out by injecting DC current under controlled conditions of pressure & temperature. Coils are then subjected to V.P.I. Process.

The company supplies High voltage coils upto 13.8 KV to OEM and also exports to overseas repairers.
